Liability Insurance

This policy provides indemnity for your legal liability for damages including legal costs arising out of accidental injury to any person (other than employees) accidental loss or damage to third party property nuisance and trespass and member to member liability.

• Available limits: £5,000,000

• Territorial limits: UK only

Personal Accident

• Accidental Death £50,000

• Accidental Death (under 16s*) £2000

• Loss of one limb £50,000

• Loss of two or more limbs £50,000

• Loss of sight £50,000

• Loss of hearing in one ear £25,000

• Loss of hearing in both ears £50,000

• Loss of internal organ £25,000

• Loss of speech £50,000

• Permanent total disablement £50,000
